Digital goods that are downloaded or accessed are considered consumed and are not eligible for return unless they are defective or misrepresented.

Exceptions — Refunds May Be Issued If:

• You accidentally purchased the same product twice using the same email address and payment information.
• You received a corrupted or inaccessible file and we are unable to provide a working replacement.

To request a refund, please contact us at support@readyavatar.com within 7 calendar days of your purchase.

Please include the following information:

• The email address used during checkout
• Your order confirmation number
• A brief explanation of the issue

We typically respond within 1–2 business days.

Important Notes

• Refunds will not be issued if the product has already been downloaded or accessed, unless it is proven to be defective.
